What is Tianeptine?

Tianeptine is a drug used in some countries to treat depression but is not approved by the FDA in the U.S. It acts on opioid receptors, making it addictive when misused. Often sold under names like “Zaza” or “Tianna Red,” it can cause euphoria, dependence, withdrawal, and overdose. Some states have banned it due to rising misuse and health risks.
